My next review on this cigar will be in the ICRS format. I appoligise for not doing so. All in all a very good cigar. Thanks again Ricky for the opportunity to try the 601 Maduro. I am now curious about the 601 SERIES NATURAL & the
601 SERIES HABANO.

Thanks Again!

Glad you liked it, Paul. I don't consider them full bodied, but I'm more of a full-bodied smoker so my tolerance may be up there. Enjoy the rest. Looking forward to hearing about them.

OK here it goes—I had my first 601 Maduro this morning with my morning cup of java and this cigar is all it’s suppose to be. Lots of spices and smoke form this cigar. Don Pepin is one of my favorite go to cigars. The construction of this cigar is very nice and the color of the wrapper tells you from the start it will be a full bodied smoke and it was. Very nicely made with very little veins. The draw was very nice and enjoyed the slight tingle on the tip of my tongue.

My first couple of draws on this cigar was ones I always note when lighting this brand that is cocoa. As I got half way the flavor started picking up with the taste of roasted nuts, cocoa and spices. Man what a combination. I did have to relight a couple of times due to my having to put this baby down to give me a rest from the power of this smoke. This is a very good smoke and would recommend to everyone to try.

Thanks for the Contest and the winnings. I will let these rest for aperiod of time and post another review when I torch another one,

Sincerely,
Paul Montgomery
