Serious Cigars In the Pipe Biz
Houston local and internet cigar retailer SeriousCigars.com has recently gotten into the pipe business. On February 15th, the large and growing retailer purchased another local business, Croft’s Pipe Shoppe, to expand their local presence and will be taking over the operations of Croft’s in the next few weeks learning to maintain the individual and original blends that Crofts makes.
Looking online you’ll see that Croft has a decent variety of blends to choose from that are all unique to their store, but having been to this shop, I know they carry many, many more that you don’t see online. Having talked to Ron Lesseraux, the owner of Serious Cigars, he has plans to expand the already-established pipe side of the business and looks to increase the in-store cigar selection five to six-fold. Ron’s also going to make it easier for shoppers by automating the cigar tracking system so you’ll just be able to pick-up and buy. And for those of you who like to browse the blogosphere or check your e-mail while you smoke, they’ve already got WiFi available for the loungers.
Ron estimates that things will be where he wants them in about three to four months and will fold things together into his internet retail store, so not only will you have a magnificent cigar selection when you visit SeriousCigars.com, but you’ll have a great assortment of pipes and an even better assortment of proprietary pipe tobacco blends to choose from for those of you that smoke pipes as well (which I do).
I look forward to seeing how Ron puts this all together and wish him the best success as he’s truly the cigar smoker’s cigar shop owner. For those of you who ever get into Houston, I definitely recommend going by his store and checking out his massive humidor and extensive inventory. He’s got a great lounge with the requisite comfy leather chairs and widescreen flat-panel TV with cable. You won’t be disappointed.

what happened to the croft’s pipe tobacco blends webpage that showed all the various pipe blends giving a description of each blend iam a pipe smoker and have ordered from croft’s before and did enjoy very much the blend. since the takeover of croft’s i no longer see this website, please return this website. thank you D.WATTS
Donnie, I’m not sure what happened to the blends page since Serious took over Crofts. I don’t control their website so I can’t help you there, but if you go to the link above, you can get a hold of Ron and let him know your thoughts.
I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
