Smoking Ban Enforcement in Belmont?

It’s funny how all the non-smokers and legislators are all gung-ho to ban smoking but don’t put any real thought in how to do it. So, now they’re wondering how they’re going to enforce the ban they’re trying to put in place in Belmont. Even the mayor doesn’t know what they’re trying to do.
